Brucellose et leptospirose

La leptospirose est une maladie due à un spirochète, généralement acquise par un contact direct ou indirect avec des animaux. Les animaux atteints excrètent le germe par l’urine. Les germes peuvent rester virulents pendant plusieurs mois.

La brucellose est également transmise par les animaux. En dehors des professions en contact avec les carcasses animales, l’infection est transmise par des produits laitiers contaminés non pasteurisés, en particulier le fromage de chèvre artisanal.
