Les examens non-invasifs considérés sont le test d’effort standard, le test d’effort avec thalium (persantine) et l’échographie de stress.


Des données récentes suggèrent qu’à l’exception des patients avec maladie du tronc commun ou maladie coronarienne instable, la majorité des patients à haut risque bénéficient plus d’un traitement pré- et peri-opératoire par bêta-bloquants que d’une revascularisation pré-opératoire. 30b,30c
